Winter Break~

Hi guys~
It's been quite long since my last blog.
I'm currently having 2 weeks break at my hometown~ ^-^
Yup! It's holiday time!! actually it is a 'do-reports'day for me... =.=
Aarrgh!! I can't believe I need to do reports and pass it up during my holiday, not to forget a thousand word of essay too. haiz.....
Anyway, I'll do my best in finishing up all of these and enjoying my breaks at the same time. I definitely won't give in to these works and let my Christmas spirit down!!
Speaking of Christmas, it's just around the corner now. Have you all made plans to spend your Christmas with friends or family? I can't wait for Christmas!!! I'm so excited now! >.<

Blood donation! (19/10/11)

Have you ever donate your blood?

This afternoon, I donated it for the first time in my life!! Together with 2 friends of mine~
It's a great experience for me (not really excruciating)  although it stings a bit when the nurse poke the needle into your skin.. haha..

Who will get my blood? This is very interesting...
Hopefully my blood is useful for those critical patient in needed of blood. I'll be very happy if it can save a person life. ^_^

It's been a long time since I last updated my blog.
Well, my holidays had ended 2 weeks ago. There isn't anything special happened during my holidays except for one. I went to China!! ^-^
So happy!
And superb fun!!
Then the rest of the days I just sit back and relax in my house.
Sleep. Eat. Cook. Clean house. Read books (Sherlock Holmes Collections). Playing piano and computer games. Watching TV(Spongebob and Farily Odd Parents are my favourite!). and etc.

OMG! Finally, 5 months holiday time!
I want to laze around in my house in this long holiday of mine.

hmm... what should i do?
Well, one thing that I'm confirm is the OPERATION: SIM PIG has started today.
I'm starting with the song 遇见 (yujian).. The song is quite nice. Not that difficult i would say, just need some cautious in the changing keys position of left hand and, voila, its done!
haha~

Now the problem is should I fine a job or go learn something new?
I want both.. LOL~
haiz.. cant be to greedy..

Lent Season.

Lent – a time of fasting and prayer begins for Christians. (the season of spiritual preparation for Easter)

ASH WEDNESDAY: 9/3/2011

*Lord, I'm sorry I didn't go to Mass on that day.. I'd forgotten about it. Please forgive me.* -really really sorry- t.t

OK.. A brief explanation of what it is...

Ash Wednesday marks the first day of the season of the Lent.  It is a season of penance, reflection, and abstinence which prepares us for Christ's Resurrection on Easter Sunday! 

During this period, some become vegetarian while others sacrifice a favourite activity or habit.

The most common abstinence is the avoidance of meat.

On Ash Wednesday and ALL of the Fridays of Lent, Catholics are required to abstain from meat and from foods made with meat. 

But, in Europe and Asia, they have been coping with Friday abstinence throughout the whole year.

Emm.. if we don't abstain from meat on non-Lenten Fridays, we're required to substitute with some other form of penance.. 

Ex: if you want to eat meat on Friday, you can replace a 'no meat day' on other days...

Oh ya, fish meat is ok to eat. ^-^

HOLY THURSDAY: (21/4/11) the day before Good Friday. The last feast of Jesus and his disciple.

GOOD FRIDAY: (22/4/11) one of the most sacred day in Christian calender, the day Jesus Christ was crucified and died on the cross. It's a definitely NO meat meals. It is also a day of strict fasting (one meal full and small snacks that don't add up to a full meal)

HOLY SATURDAY: (23/4/11) the day after Good Friday, the day before Easter. It is the final day of Triduum, the 3 days during which we commemorate Christ's Passion.

EASTER SUNDAY:  (24/4/11) the greatest feast day in Christian calender. We celebrates the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. I Love this day!!! ^________^

The Ten Commandments as handed down by God to Moses on Mt. Sinaiwere the beginning of the nation of Israel, when they were leaving Egypt as slaves, for freedom in the promised land.  They were considered to be the Law of God for his chosen people.
The Ten Commandments:

1.    I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.    
2. You shall not take the name of the Lord God in vain.
3.     Remember to keep holy the Lord's Day/ Sabbath day
4.     Honor your father and your mother.
5.    You shall not kill.
6.     You shall not commit adultery.
7.    You shall not steal.
8.    You shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
9.      You shall not covet your neighbor's wife.
10. You shall not covet your neighbor's goods.

What is it? 
Well, The 10 commandments are a description of the basic freedom from sin that is necessary to live as a Christian. The Commandments express man's fundamental duties to God and neighbor. Hence, they represent grave obligations. Violating them whether knowingly and willingly in a significant way is to commit mortal sin. (We call the most serious and grave sins, mortal sins. Mortal sins destroy the grace of God in the heart of the sinner)


Thanks to the Protestant Reformation of the 16th Century, Catholics and Protestants have diverged on a lot of different beliefs.
The paragraphs below are not meant to disparage anyone, but are only meant as points of departure for great Catholic-Protestant discussions of the one true faith.
Some of the differences between Catholic and Protestant: ('just some' only)
The Mass of Catholic and Protestants are different. 
Some Protestants view the Church as a meeting place of believers, for bible reading, singing, fellowship, and preaching, and they are free to pick and choose different churches based on what they personally feel to be true.  Catholics view The Church as a holy meeting place where the Eucharist and the other six sacraments are dispensed by God's priests to give us His sanctifying grace.  The first half of the Mass (prefigured in Malachi 1:11) is the Liturgy of  The Word, the second half is the Liturgy of The Eucharist.  


Some Protestants see Mary as an ordinary person, just like everyone else. Catholics see Mary as being handpicked by God to be the New Testament Ark of the Covenant, the Mother of God who was always full of grace, the New Eve (who reversed Eve's action), a Woman Clothed with the sun who fights satan, and Our Mother.  In other words, like Gabriel said BEFORE the incarnation,The Lord IS WITH Thee!


Some Protestants do not understand the difference between veneration and worship.  They think that to venerate a saint, like the Mother of God, is to "worship" her.  Catholics know that Jesus himself venerated Mary as His Mother, because of the Commandment to "Honor thy Father and THY MOTHER."  To venerate someone is to show that person honor and respect.  To worship God is certainly MUCH more than that.


Again, EVERYTHING above are not meant to disrespect others beliefs and their way of God.

They overhauled their system, improved the processes and marched forward ; they moved up to a new level. And Malaysia , still walking on the spot . . ! 馬來西亞，該醒一醒了。  Dear Malaysia , it's time to wake up !  We are very very late now !

A new year.

A new semester.
That means more new things to learn.

Two days ago, I received the results for 2nd semester.
It was good. I was bliss but at the same time, a little bit disappointed.
Anyway, what's done is done. You can't go back to the past, instead, you have to aim for the future.

When doing something, one must do it diligently. Don't regret after what you had done because you reap what you sown. It is important to learn from your mistake and obtain a better result than previous one.

That is why I have to do better for this semester to achieve my goal. I'd promised myself not to repeat the mistake I did 2 years ago. Every time I think about it, my heart is in such pain.
...I had always regretted it...

But now, I am determined to grab my goal with my own bare hands. Don't Give Up.
